a perfect roman holiday
very nice location friendly staff good room soundproof windows
the hotel's location was very nice ,directly overlooking a fine landmark. the staff were friendly , ready to assist with any request. i had a good room with high ceilings and soft lighting , very romantic. the soundproof windows was good, despite the vibrant atmosphere outside.
the elevator was somewhat slow , requiring a little patience especially during peak hours.

breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant and i received a voucher from the hotel ,allowing me to choose from a limited menu ,but still sufficient for a good start to the day. the restaurant staff were trying their best .

inconvenient elevator annoyed staff
The elevator situation was really inconvenient. You have to climb a set of stairs to even reach the elevator. It presented some difficulty. Breakfast also wasn't great. It was at a cafe down the street. The choices were limited, and the staff seemed annoyed

poor signage unbearable noise
i was frustrated with several things. first, finding the annex building was difficult. it was down a side street, with no clear signage. then, the noise at night was unbearable. even with the windows closed, i could hear street sounds. it made sleeping very hard, i don't recommend it.
